Let me just say that I wish that you guys had a questionnaire for me to fill out as if you don’t know, you should know that we hold Apex in an very high regard!  I don’t recall their ever being a time when you couldn’t or wouldn’t honor and resolve some random emergency request from Steve or myself.  I openly and freely admit that we, put Apex in pressure positions with our dire strait requests quite often.  However, your responsiveness, attention to detail, approachability, quality workmanship and second to none service excellence that you seamlessly provide us with on a consistent basis goes above and beyond anything that I’ve experienced during my 20 plus year tenure of working with vendors.

 

I literally feel as if Apex is a subsidiary of our company as order history suggests that you guys will drop any and everything to tend the needs of our company and that’s no exaggeration.  We totally appreciate our partnership with Apex and you make it incredibly easy to work your company as your easy going personality and downright coolness permeates emails and phone calls.  We sincerely appreciate you and I can and will speak for Steve when I say that you’re our favorite vendor to call upon!

Stephanie & Tom, I want to thank the two of you as well as everyone involved at Apex with performing a remarkable turnaround time on repairing our 5.5kw motor. We were able to install and test this afternoon and production is once again clicking along. We really don't like have to cry wolf, but when we do, I'm happy to know that we have a partner like you to help us out. I could use more vendors like you!!!!

 

Since APEX has started to call on our bakery, we have kept our downtime to a minimum due to the staff always answering the call and going beyond the call of duty, at all hours of the day and night. We have machines in our facility that cost us thousands of dollars an hour in product output, therefore; APEX Industrial is not the first place we call, they are the ONLY place we call to get our machines back up and running.
