	Browning Multi-Groove Sheaves Browning offers an extensive multi-groove sheave offering. This includes BROWNING SPLIT TAPER® and Q-D® bushing designs. This means maximum economy and versatility for your application.

	Browning Multiple Groove Variable Pitch Sheaves MVP® multiple groove sheaves are available up to 5 grooves. They are offered in a range of pitch diameters from 3.4-17.2”. They are manufactured for multiple belt drives up to 300 HP.

ROLLER CHAIN SPROCKETS

	Browning Finished Bore Roller Chain Sprockets Browning® Finished Bore Roller Chain Sprockets are offered in single strand. They have a pitch range of 35-100 and bore range of 3/8” – 2 7/16”.

	Browning Type A Steel Plate Roller Chain Sprockets Browning Type A Steel Plate Roller Chain Sprockets are offered in single strand in pitch range of 25-200.

	Browning Type B Minimum Bore Roller Chain Sprockets Browning Type B minimum bore roller chain sprockets are offered in single, double, and triple strand. They are also offered in pitch range of 25-200 and bore range of 1/4” – 8 3/8”.

	Browning® Bushed Roller Chain Sprockets Browning offers a variety of bushing type sprockets available in single and double strands. Offerings include 35 to 160 pitch range. Bushed type bore ranges are available from ½ inch to 5 inches. Hardened teeth are available up to 30 teeth.

Standard Roller Chain

Power Transmission Solutions offers a full complement of standard roller chain. Available options are ¼ inch pitch to 2 inch pitch, and 2 ½ inch pitch with widths ranging from 1 to 8 strands wide.

TORQUE OVERLOAD DEVICES

	Browning Shear Pin Hubs Browning shear pin hubs are designed to shear a necked pin at a predetermined load. This protects equipment from overloads. Torque capacity is up to 50,720 in-lbs.

	Browning Torq/Gard Browning® Torq/Gard® overload clutches are the most accurate torque overload devices that Power Transmission Solutions offers. Torque capacity up to 8000 in-lbs, and speed ranges from 350-1800 rpm.

	Browning Torq/Pro The Browning® Torq/Pro® overload clutch is a release-type ball-detent style torque overload device with a single position reset configuration. Torque capacity up to 63300 in-lbs, and speed ranges up to 1200 rpm.

	Browning Torq/Pro X The Browning Torq/Pro X overload clutch is a release-type, ball-detent style torque overload device. It has a single position reset configuration. It also offers high rigidity and minimal backlash intended for precise positioning for automation systems.

	Browning Torq/Pro Z The Browning® Torq/Pro Z® overload clutch is a release-type ball-detent style torque overload device. It has a manual single position reset configuration. This overload clutch is intended for higher speed applications.

	Browning Torque Limiters The Browning Torque Limiter is a spring loaded friction style torque overload device. The load on the friction pads is adjusted so that the process torque is transmitted. An overload torque in excess of the set torque causes the unit to slip.

Browning Torque Overload Device Accessories

Browning offers a broad line of accessories for torque overload devices for the protection of equipment and machinery. Shear pin hubs consist of 3 separate stock parts – steel sprockets, hub assembly, malleable bushing.

SHAFT MOUNT REDUCERS

	Browning® TorqTaper Plus Shaft Mount Reducers The TorqTaper Plus, a Browning tapered bore system, is a patented design that allows ease of installation and removal. The TorqTaper plus bushing can be installed on either the inboard or outboard side of size 107 through 315 reducers.

	Browning Screw Conveyors The Browning screw conveyor is a modification of the Browning shaft mount reducer. A conventional shaft mount reducer can be converted into a screw conveyor drive. Screw conveyor drives are used extensively in the grain industry.

	Browning Finished Bore Shaft Mount Reducers The Finished Bore is one of two options available on the Browning shaft mount reducer. Some users prefer this option as it eliminates the need for a bushing.

	Browning RBC Drives RBC (Rotating Biological Contactor) drives are a specialized shaft mount reducer, designed with a split power path.

	Browning® Cast Iron Bevel and Spiral Bevel Gear Reducers Browning cast iron bevel and spiral bevel gear reducers are constructed of rugged cast iron housings that are line bored for precise gear and bearing alignment.

Use Hub City AD Series Instead of Browning ARA

Browning ARA bevel gear reducers are a light weight option in the bevel and miter family of gear reducers. These reducers are constructed of corrosion resistant aluminum housings.

COUPLINGS

	Browning Chain Couplings Chain couplings offer a rugged yet lightweight and economical method for connecting two shafts.

	Browning L Series Jaw Couplings Has greatly simplifying installation in all types of industrial application. Maintenance is minimal; the insert can be visually inspected, never need lubrication.
