The Electric Motor Shop Repair Division will assist you with any electrical and mechanical problems you have. Our state of the art repair facility can handle large and small equipment repairs. We offer 24 Hour service for motor rewinding, machine shop service, core loss testing, laser alignment, pump repair, computerized balancing, vibration analysis, thermal scanning and predictive maintenance. All motors that come in for rebuild get cleaned to remove grease and dirt, baked to remove moisture. The rotor is tested for continuity and balance, new bearings added. The housing is inspected and all required repairs are completed. The motor is assembled, and repainted.
