  Washington Group purchases latest technology at a fraction of the cost. Our expert staff was able to convert legendary gearboxes in plant to the latest geaboxes available - saving not only money, but improving operations with more efficient gearboxes.  Our staff was able to size, select and install these gearboxes for them.  While most distributors would not want to go the extra mile to save customers money and prefer to sell them the more expensive legendary gearboxes, Apex prides itself on forming good working relationships with our customers by providing them this type of service.
  Major Brewery Plant Breakdown - When plant was shut down due to a broken coupling, our staff was able to contact our manufacturer and set up the immediate release of the parts needed for pick up by plant's private jet in Dallas on the same day.  This allowed Coors to continue with operations without jeopardizing production.
  Apex provides customer service excellence for major Systems Integrator. This customer had a very large order with multiple vendors associated with this order.  Our Inside Sales Rep, Jesse Jones, stayed on top of all tracking information and gave updates to our customer multiple times throughout the day and week until the order was complete.  He stated that those updates helped him to relay the information he needed to his customer and production staff and appreciated the excellent customer service received from Apex.   We are currently supplying that customer now with all of their industrial and mechanical needs.
